The Documents module is a project-wide index of files linked to your work in Stepwise. It pulls together attachments from meetings and reports exported from wellbores into one searchable list, so you don't need to remember which meeting or wellbore a particular file came from.
Finding a document
- Each row shows the document's Category (for example Meeting or Wellbore), its File Name, when it was last modified, and its Parent record.
- Select the Parent link to open the meeting or wellbore the document belongs to.
Documents aren't uploaded directly from this list — attach a file to a meeting, or export a report from a wellbore, and it appears here automatically.
